When ? On Tuesday 21 May 2019 from 18:30 to 20:00
Where ? At the Egmont Palace, Place du Petit Sablon, 8 bis – 1000 Bruxelles

He will speak on the role of the UN in such conflict-resolution and peace-building assignments and draw lessons learned from these challenging assignments. 
He will share with us his experience as special UN envoy in his successive peace missions in some of the most hot spots and trouble-shooting areas on the globe such as Afghanistan, Iraq, Rwanda, Somalia, Sudan, ex-Yugoslavia and more recently Syria.

The conference will be delivered in English, but during the debate from 19:15 to 20:00, questions can be either in English or French.
